Through the booking form. It's the only queue I check for tattoo inquiries, and it gives me everything I need in one go: your idea, your references, your city. DMs are lovely for memes, but bookings that start in DMs get lost. For anything that isn't a booking, use the contact page.
Within 1–3 days on weekdays. I don't reply on weekends, and if I'm travelling or at a convention it can take a little longer. If a week passes with silence, nudge me. I won't be offended.
Yes. I don't tattoo snakes, and I don't tattoo throats or feet, on anyone. And if your idea isn't my strength, I'll tell you straight and point you to an artist who'll do it better. I'd rather lose a booking than give you a tattoo I half-believed in.
Yes. A non-refundable deposit of $100 AUD secures your appointment and comes off your total on the day. Move your appointment with 3 working days' notice and the deposit travels with you. Cancel with less notice than that and you'll need a new deposit to rebook.
I draw close to your date so the idea stays fresh, and you see the design at the start of your session. Small tweaks we do together on the spot. Big changes need a new booking, which is why I make sure we're properly on the same page before I ever start drawing.
Give me 3 working days' notice to move or cancel. You get two reschedules on one deposit; after that it's a new deposit. Late cancellations lose the deposit. No-shows lose the deposit and the privilege of ever booking with me again. I'm fun, but not about no-shows.

Reworks and cover-ups are a case-by-case conversation. My work relies a lot on negative space, so send clear photos in daylight and I'll be honest about what's possible, if we can do something about it!
Case by case. Sometimes I will do small cover-ups but not often because, like I said, my work relies on negative space, which is the opposite of a cover-up. However you can still send me a photo and I can advise you better.
One friend is welcome if the studio has space. Please message me beforehand so I can let you know if there is a waiting area in the studio or not.
18 or older, no exceptions, and bring photo ID on the day.
I would prefer it if you didn't use numbing cream as it can affect the tattoo and its healing process. If you decide to use numbing cream you will not be eligible for a free touch up and will be responsible for any possible complications.
